Yes. Tons of info on the site about tire sizes. Search function is your best friend. This is my 99 LX, same tire and size, stock suspension.

None.
No issues at all.
My 285/75/16's will not rub at any setting (even set at LOW with AHC).
And before you ask: Yes the spare will fit under the vehicle as well.
