So I have seen so many posts from guys saying they run 33" KO2s on the LC100 fully stock and have no rubbing.

I had some fitted and when turning in reverse, they rub every time.

Not so much when driving forward.

Any thoughts?

Where is it rubbing? The upper control arm or something easily fixed like the plastic liner of the inner fender well near your running board? The added width of the 285 and the offset of your wheels are all factors that impact fit.

It's pretty common to read about people using a heat gun to "massage" the plastic inner fender well (near the pinch weld) to get additional clearance. Hopefully it's something easy like that.

Thanks for the reply. I do think it is on the inner fender well near the doors. There is a pinch weld that may be the issue. I don't think it is on the arms. Don't see any "polished" metal there.

If you search pinch weld in this forum, you'll probably find what you need assuming that's where you're getting contact. Sometimes it's as easy as reshaping the plastic near the pinch weld, other times it involves a hammer to make space.

What @YotaWagon said: These wheels come in ET0 and ET+25.

If you bought them from tire rack you have to special order the ET+25. Looks like you got the tall caps 👍

Honestly with stock bumpers they look better in ET0 and with the modest tire size this should be an easy fix

Truck is looking good!

Thanks @bozncsurf I really like the color scheme and style so far. I think next move will be a front bumper...

You need to do the pinch weld mod. I have the same size KO2's and this fixed 99% of the rub.

I went through this exact scenario about a year ago.

17" wheels with 0mm offset + 285/70R17 - terrible idea? - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/17-wheels-with-0mm-offset-285-70r17-terrible-idea.1325062/post-15301903

You will probably want to crank your torsion bars all the way up and trim the front bumper a bit. I am still bottoming out in a few rare scenarios, hopefully some new PerryParts bumpstops will remedy that issue.
I'm going through this now (12 o clock rub) with 34's when I go over big pot holes. I'm gonna try some 1/4" bump stop spacers next week.
