Any real racing oil has loads of ZDDP. That's the point of a racing oil, to protect flat tappet engines running 100's of lbs of valve spring pressure at 7000RPM.
BUT, racing oils are designed to be run for a weekend, then drained. They are not designed to sit, protect on cold starts, hold dirt in suspension for months, etc.

Mine or customer's?So Jim, What are you running in 2Fs?
Well after reading many pages I have come to the conclusion that the Mobil 1 15W50 should be the best???

For those with access to it the latest TDR magazine (issue #76) has a pretty informative article on CI vs. CJ oils. I've been eagerly awaiting the issue since I read that it would have this article. After reading it I'll be buying Rotella 15W40.

While browsing the shelves at a local discount auto parts store I noticed that Castrol is now marketing a US-spec 5W-50 touting the benefit of increased ZDDP for older (design) engines:

Sounds good, but where can I buy it? Also, I heard some people talk down Quaker State, but I saw some the other day called "Defy" and it's an SL rated oil with higher zinc. They make it in a 10-40 or 20-50(?) but Wally World didnct carry that viscosity. Anyone have any experience with it?
