Change of venue this year. Normally we do country fried weekend in GA but after the 13 degree nights I thought we might go someplace where we could stay in a cabin and wheel.

Durhamtown Tellico is open and this gets us back close to the old Tellico trails. I can look into reserving a cabin as long as we have enough people interested. Thought is if we have 10 people who go it would be around 75-100$ for the cabin each. Maybe cheaper. So who is interested in going Jan 16-19th?

Let me look at my calendar, sounds like my kind of fun.

I should be in, miss tellico and it'll be good to get back up there. I may come in saturday morning though, we've got resets starting the 6th and going thru march. Have one scheduled for thurs/friday that week and they run 10-11 hour days, so depending on how it goes I will probably come up sat.

I'm out of town right now, but I'll check my work calendar when I get home.

Would be interested.

Hmm, lots going on in Jan but would love to make this.

I have a Doctor's appointment that following Monday and literally have to prepare all day Sunday (mentally and physically)... Would it be possible to camp on Friday night and leave on Saturday after wheeling?

Isn't that what you always do?[emoji1]

Do they have bathrooms/outhouses? Wife is wanting to go, but need to check that situation. I didn't see any info on the website.

I have not. How is it? Trail ride and come back to camp each night, or ride out and camp on the trail?

It's 50 acres. I would suspect with the map showing a camping and even space it is a central camp and routes out and back.

I have been there, but it was before it was this organized.

Yeah, I'm thinking I would be in for a cabin as well. As wet as this winter has been, it's the safest bet.

I can't do it. Shooting for GSMTR possibly with a running mini truck.
