I have never been to Moab so this will be my first yr to attend!

I am really struggling with which trails to run:confused:?

I know I want to do "Behind the Rocks" (didn't I see some of you talking about doing this trail on Sunday??)

Other than that I can't decide between Golden spike, Pritchett canyon, Cliff hanger...ect!

If no one is doing BTR on Sunday then I will do it Friday (they only offer it Thur & Fri) and then one of the others on Sat and maybe just go home Sun:meh:!

I know lot's of you guys have done these trails. You know what the 80's are capable of and which trails are the most fun so please help a brutha out!

You can probobly do any of the trails there relatively easily.

I did Golden spike with 33's and had a blast. My favorite obsticles on that run were the waterfall (on poison spider) and maybe the body snatcher (which I attempted, then opted out of). Lots of fun drops and climbs along the route.

X2, Spike is my favorite Moab trail.

Kane creek is a good trail too, nice and scenic. Just enough 'fun stuff' to keep your attention.

Don't get mobbed by the worms though...

Okay so GS is GREAT but tooooo long! PC, MR and HR sound real good but I can only do 2 unless someone is doing a trail on Sunday! hint...hint! :D

I just don't think I can get there Wed after work...hmmmm....maybe?

I might be able to do something on Sunday. I'm already running Fins N Things (the wife gets to drive too), Hell's Revenge, and Golden Spike (Thurs-Sat respectively), but I'm not exactly sure of our plans yet.

FWIW- I don't think that GS is TOO long. Take a lunch, plan to be gone most of the day. It's worth it.

ROR!!:lol::lol:

It wasn't the greatest place to be eating lunch, that's for sure. Not sure what it was, but they sure loved you Doc!

I still get the heeby-geebies thinking about it..... GAAAAAHHHH!

It looks like I will be there Wed night so I can do trails Thur, Fri and Sat!

Decided that we have a long drive home on Sun so I don't think I will do any trails on Sun.

I have a Hell's Revenge assignment for Saturday that I can give up

If you wanna test out all that pipe on that 80 hit up Green Day or Minor Threat in Area BFE one aftenoon.

Spike is long, but I guess it all in the perspective, I have run Lockhart in one day (~80 mi), so Spike doesn't seem so long!:hillbilly: Have always been off of Spike before dark on CM runs. Great trail, IMHO well worth it, but a very popular trail, so my guess is it's filled up.

I may take you up on that...I am planning to check with the trail boss when I get there!
