Those are Dick Cepek, Fun County II, Kevlar reinfoced radials - good for floating on the snow / ice.
Size is difficult to tell, but I think they are 38's

Bear80 said:Dick Cepek only come in sizes up to 37X13.50, mostly likey but they could be the 35x12.50....
So either way, if you want to run 35's you need a lift, min a OME 2.5", 37's you get into more issues than just springs.
FYI, that is a 90 series, 80 series is another story when lifting.....a 90 series has the same front ifs as a 4runner.
Not that any of this was for you Joe, just started with the DC tire size.

I think you're being myopic ... If you want a rig that will go remote , look to the guys in Alaska , or Venezuala . I don't think you find a huge number of them have big ass tires like the Iceland guys .... Hmmm , wonder whay that is ???
Again , determine what you want to do with your rig , then seek out a role model . Someone that has walked that same trail , and whose rig is built for that purpose . Then begin emulating their upgrades ... simple![]()
What I keep hearing from you is .. look at these tires
tires .. tires ... tiressssssssss !!

It looks like that rig in the original picture may have bigger tires and obviously has huge fender flares, in other words: No they won't fit on your truck with out any modifications.

Sh*t Scared, I have to agree with you that the arctic trucks look pretty sweet. If I could have my way I'd have 2 80's, one with the arctic truck setup and 38's and one with OME J springs and 35's for wheeling the rocks.
Another thing, right now you can clear 33x12.50's on your truck with no lift but that is with the original wheels. I would like some 10" width wheels to give the tires that wider look. What you really need to do is figure out what tire size, and wheels you will be using....then figure what suspension setup you'll need to clear it. I do things backwards, usally lift and tires but I think the right wheel and tire setup really can make or brake a truck or car for that matter.
I was thinking of puttin the OME 2.5" lift, getting some nice 20x10 wheels and going to 35's.
Sh*t Scared said:Now that is what i call an answer!!
Thanks chap for that in sight. Basically, therefore i can run 33´s as standard, and 35´s require a 2.5" lift (correct me if i´m wrong).
But best option might be to get 10 x 20 wheels and running 35´s ?
Good. On the original picture, it looks like those wheels are really small such as 14" and give the tyre a "ballooned" look. Am i correct or are they truly large wheels and tyres?
