What is this part?

Hey everybody I'm slowly putting together a project and I found this amongst all the extra parts and was wondering if you guys could help me identify what is is. I think it's something to convert the transfercase to floor shift maybe?

its the 4 low and 4x4 linckage for an early 4 speed or a 3 speed .last 1 i had went for 130.00 on ebay.there is a round metal part that fits in the hole on the shifter handle thats missing .its about 3/4 of and inch in diameter and is turned down to fit the smaller hole good luck

it also looks modified and apears to be broke off the transfer case that nub on the bottom left should unscrew ,so you may have a problem using it if its needed on your truck .

just so you know the part that goes into the transfer case with the fork on it is also missing .its exclusive to that shifter setup and without it the value will drop quite a bit again good luck
