That’s a Bull bar/brush guard/fence bumper/catchers mask bumper/ whatever you want to call it. Most people don’t make them anymore, but you can probably get one either used, or fabricated. Whether you want to fabricate it yourself or get a welder to do it for you, that’s probably the cheaper option, and most of the time it should be okay but it can be hit or miss. Just be sure to give the welder reference photos. You can also put an ad in classifieds if you want something from a brand. Ex: 4plus old style bumper or ARB old style bumper

The one in the picture is an old Con-Ferr brush guard. They do pop up for sale from time to time. I sold one on here a while back. Post up a "wanted" ad for a Con-Ferr brush guard and someone is likely to chime in.
