Installed a DTE performance chip in my diesel yesterday. Now getting 820 nm torque (thats over 600 ft/lbs) when dialed up to full noise and boy oh boy does she get up and boogie. The acceleration and power is now just frightening.
Taking the boat away down country for a trip shortly so cant wait to see how it tows with 7000 pounds behind it.
View attachment 1098507 Looks good but why is everyone still using the plastic part? I was going to work with a local guy to make something but have not gotten around to it. Is it cause of the lights and bring flush? Here are 100 series and a 80 one I was gonna use as a starter
I think we'd run into the same huge gap necessary on the front and for that part of the body it would be pretty rough to do well? If we went up to that cut line and tail light level it would have to span outboard away from the body the 25-30mm - huge gap and lots of leverage on rough terrain to tweak things.
I'm thinking about moving the camera up into the top spoiler. Thought about running it through the center of the tire carrier but first I'll try the spoiler location.
I installed Ironman Foam Cell Pro rear shocks to replace the tired Radflos. I got about 50k from the Radflo shocks. I am enjoying the ride of the FCPs.
Phase two is the front struts and coils, which will be marinating in the box for a bit until I can find the time. The front Radflos are still serviceable.

I purchased from MetalTech. It took several months to get from Down Under (I lost track). I will be replacing the front Radflo coilovers eventually. I have the parts but not the time

It started with the rear shocks wearing out. My options were to rebuild or replace. I could not find a local shop so my other option was to ship out to Radflo in CA. Two heavy shocks from Georgia to Cali, plus cost to rebuild and pay for return shipping...it started to add up to a number that didn't make sense.
The fronts are fine for now but I'll be in the same boat when they need to be rebuilt. I am not sure how much time is left in them but I decided to be proactive and have a solution for the front.
For clarity, I ran the radflos on my '11 before I got the '14. Again, about 50k miles. They ride and perform well but I've decided that rebuildable isn't right for me.

The front coil-overs are $110 per shock for the basic re-build and that includes new seals, oil, nitrogen and the labor. We do check other wearable items such as shafts, bearings and bearing spacers. The rear shocks are $85 each for the same service. The seal kits are $20 per shock and a gallon of oil is $45. Our normal lead time is 3 days and you would pay shipping both ways.
