That's strange, Are those your final alignment numbers. Why is your Toe out of wack?

Tire dealer told me one of mine was frozen, took it to dealer and they said it was fine and completed alignment. Ummmmm Fishy.

Can you post your after aignment specs?
Here are mine but I'm getting feathering/scallopping on the outer edge of the fronts of the new KO2s.

Those cam adjusters frequently rust/seize on the Tundra.

Yup. Dealerships keep them in stock

Did not get pic after, but caster was .4 different and toe dead on. I think the feathering on the rear is common. Mine had it when I got it and have seen on several other 200's

I think the outer edge wearing is standard on a cruiser. Stock dunlops had it as well as mastercrafts and the cooper st maxx on now are showing same signs. All were aligned to factory spec

Maybe next alignment I'll push the camber slightly to the negative side to see if it helps. It seems that just about every 200 I have seen has a slight positive camber if viewed directly from the front.

Does this look right?

Removed part of the rear bottom bumper bracket - it was in my way
Going to do some more exploring tomorrow. I have some more ideas.

One step closer... Mounting bracket needs some modifications to fit center of TRD rim. ARB could really help the installation process if they pre-drilled for sensors. Taking the bumper off to install the carrier is more then a friend at home DIY job I learned.

Yep

The cams are stuck a lot of times. Some alignment shops don' t know what they are doing and turn the cams but actually they are just pre-loading the bushing and twisting the rubber.
And some dealer techs don't know what they're doing either.
They may have gotten it right on the alignment rack.
Is it advantageous to spray the cams with penetrating oil occasionally?

Dont know if it will penetrate the sleeve. It should be applied when assembled like they do to doors and hinges. My buddy say they do them all the time on the Tundras.

Not sure it would really help or not. The lower control arms on the FJ Cruiser were notorious for the cam seizing up, thus requiring the lower control arm to be replaced to be able to do and alignment correctly. Once they are seized, I think you are pretty much screwed. Assuming the design is similar to the FJ Cruiser. And I tried using penetrating oil for a month to see if mine would free up on the FJ Cruiser. No dice. Kind of a poor design. Your best best is to put a crap ton of marine grade grease in there when putting them together or installing them and hope for the best. Or load them up with anti-seize. I believe MOOG was coming out with a replacement lower control arm for the FJ Cruiser that would have a grease fitting or two to allow you to grease it and not have to replace the lca every other year. lol Don't know if Moog ever came to market with them though.

How hard are the LCAs to take out on the Land Cruiser? On the FJ Cruiser you have to take a torch and burn them out.
