Looks to have a different overall profile too. USDM being more of a straight line from the front to rear anchor points.. where those point more rearward then down just in front of the crossmember.

I wonder if the US parts are shaped for mileage.

And with the location of those ducts.. for front diff cooling?

125,500mi - spark plugs, air filter and cabin air filter, PCV valve, cleaned throttle body. About to flush radiator fluid. Grease front end and driveshaft. Replace Diff and T case fluids. Am I missing anything?

Brake fluid been changed recently?

Edit: I didn’t see @32cls6speedmt more informative post above. He’s got even better rec’s.

How about atf, power steering fluid, and brake fluid? Just random thoughts
Oh yeah I do need to do the power steering. Thank you. Brakes been done but unfortunately this thing has not had the trans fluid changed before and I just bought it so can’t take that risk! Otherwise it’s maintenance record was pretty solid for an average joe.

My 200 finally got her gears and lockers installed this week. 🙂

Revolution 4.88's and Eaton E-Lockers. I had the R&P's sent to WPC for treatment and then cryo too.

Looking forward to getting her dirty! #lockersbeforelightbars

At only 125K miles, I’m sure there’s no risk in doing a drain and refill of atf.

Had a new steering rack installed. Old one was leaking and tie rods were shot. $5000 CAD, ouch!

Really wanted to do it myself, but I’m not willing to wrench that much from my back. A lift may be in my future.

I’m afraid to because mechanics also say if it’s over 100k and never been changed, it could cause issues to change it now. Do you have plenty of experience changing trans fluid for first time on vehicles over 100k miles and no issues?

No experience. You do you, but if it was my new purchase at that mileage, I would not hesitate at all to start a regular schedule of draining and refilling with a couple quarts of fresh World Service atf every X number of miles depending on use case. There is no way I would consider never changing atf, but I admit my LC sees pretty heavy duty use. And, note I would not do a power flush or use any type of cleaner in my transmission.

Yeah my first thought also. But unfortunately I bought this with 125mi and it was never changed. Check this video out it’s a master Toyota tech. Interesting info whether you’re on perfect maintenance schedule or not.

Took out the 3rd row seats with the help of NKP Garage's video and put in the Toyota LC all weather cargo mat(without 3rd row). Very straightforward removal - 4 14mm bolts on each side and unclipping 3 or 4 electrical connectors. Highly recommended if you need more trunk space and will never need to haul people around.

That advice is usually regarding a flush if there’s not a history of transmission services.

Otherwise, yes definitely do a drain and fill. I would really recommend doing 2-3 drain and fills, spaced a few hundred miles apart.

Make sure to set the fluid level properly.
