My suspension arrived much faster than expected. I know what I'm up to on Saturday.

The LX doesn't have any blank switch plates, so I had to get creative and drill in a switch for my compressor.
1) Figured next to my AUX gauge would be best.
2) I checked behind the trim
3) marked and measured 12 times
4) drilled the hole in the perfect position
5) then I saw a bolt about an inch behind the hole and started crying.
6) then I pretended that the bolt wasnt there and tried to make everything fit.
7) then I cried again
8) then I collected all my plastic drill scraps and melted them together in a piece of wood (used the same bit to make a mold)
9) then I used the inspection panel to stamp the dash texture into my plug
10) glued the plug in and sprayed on some 303.
11) don't be like me. Measure and check 13 times before you drill!

Black chromeI worked on some swirl marks from the previous owner that I said I wasn’t going to care about when I bought it. It was too nice out today not to get into the garage. Before, after, and the obligatory door selfie.

Replaced my left rear tail light with a Depo replacement. The old one was cracked, and had filled with water and was growing Algae. Went with Depo due to cost and good reputation on other platforms for non OEM replacements. This along with a headlight polish went a long way to cleaning up the cruiser.
