Let's see the pin stripping.
No pics, but I was getting a clicking out of the front end when turning and it was audible at low speeds. First thoughts were bearings or CVs. I took it to a shop for troubleshooting since I didn't see any other evidence. They determined, after a few hours of lifting it, inspecting, driving, lifting it, inspecting it, etc. that it was the pins (PN 9024006024) in the brake calipers rattling. Yes, the springs are installed. They put a little grease on them and no more rattle. Weird.
I would have NEVER figured that out. How the heck did this happen?
What did you do with the Frontrunner?
OEM rotors and calipers. I don't know the last time the rotors were changed but the calipers are OEM with 174kWhat type of brake rotors are you running?
This could be a sign that the front wheel bearings are showing some wear, allowing more play. The term is brake pad knock back. The brake caliper should always be square with the brake rotor without enough play to cause the sort of symptom you're describing. Could manifest under racing scenarios with really high load on the wheels/bearing. If you're experiencing this at lower speeds and mild turns, I would look into the hub/wheel bearings.
Replaced the original BLACK roof rack with METALLIC SILVER one. Also installed window sun deflectors/visors with chrome trim.

What was your price? Great color! What have I done? Nothing but buy it. It might be the last new gray one out there. I walked out during price negotiations and the manager chased me down in the parking lot. Driving it home tomorrow!
