Still tracking this leak. I'm down to the rear driver side. The entire rear of the truck fills with water overnight. It's as if I left the sun roof open, but only in the driver rear quarter. The entire interior is being pulled tomorrow. I have to get a shop vac to remove the pool of water near the body mount. It over flowed into the cargo space last time. It's a serious leak.

Dont the sequoias have an issue with leaking sunroofs?

Put this on this past week, overall pretty happy with it, a little loud for my taste even with the silencer option. I will say that there is a noticeable difference in cabin noise from the exhaust between the two tip options; the high downturn option has more noise.

What exhaust option is this?

Busy weekend..
1.) had 3 new blanks cut, I was down to carrying 2 keys, the one with the transponder, and a plain key I had cut for when I am with others in the woods, so they can open the doors manually.)

2.)Replaced speed sensor Driver-front.. (although this should be a 5 minute job, plan for more, the old one was corroded and had to be dremeled out).

3.) Installed ARB compressor, wired it up. Only thing remaining is hitting the switch location with the dremel, as the ARB switches do not quite fit in there, and right now they are dangling out.

4.) Ordered a fire-ring wire so I can get the CB antenna mounted.

Pulled out the old Mile Marker 10k winch and installed a Warn 9.5xp....hope its not too small....it sure looks a lot smaller. I guess that's what snatch blocks are for.

I am not entirely sure if you mean brand or silencer option so I'll answer both.

1. Brand is EMS
2. Option is the 100$ extra silence option the have that is welded inside the piping. Check it out on their web page and you will see what I'm talking about

Make sure to look real good at the inner bushings when your alignment is done. If the shop is not used to aligning these types of UCA's, you will be rebuilding them real soon. Mainly make sure things dont look tweaked in the mounts. Firestone ruined my bushings because they couldn't get the alignment right. In the end I found a shop recommended by TC.

MXN, thanks for the tip, I will keep an eye on them. Luckily the shop I use for alignment in Longmont is pretty savvy and likes modified Toys. I have already been there but have to go back. They called Friday to say the Camber, Caster, Kingpin angles all looked good where I had it set. Funny thing is that all I did was a half ass job at putting it back where it was with the factory arms and then eyeballed it in a bit. The problem is the Toe, I'm toed out a bit and they said due to the slop in the rack bushings they didn't want to set it and then have to re-set it. Luckily I already had the Superpro Urethane kit on hand... just didn't want to install it just yet. Oh well, 2 hours was all it took to swap in the superpros so I'll be back in for an align tomorrow.

Your experience is interesting and I have a design concern about the TC arms...
Lemme' see if I can find the appropriate thread and add this over there.

My wife went on a walk with the dog. So I replaced the entire front end of the truck.

It's all ready to go for the Slee bumper and winch. I'm just not strong enough to carry a 250lb bumper out of the garage.

Since there are no pictures of what trimming is actually involved, I took some.

I ordered some slee ome 865 springs. They'll probably give me 2 inches with the sag on the old springs... I can't wait to get them on! I'll post pics when I do!

CV boot aren't that bad. Get the clamps from pfran and a boot kit from Sam Stewart at Lowe Toyota and outside that its a jack, jack stands and basic hand tools.
Those running boards NEED to come off. There are going to be some unhappy ladies in my life.
Took my running boards off 3 weeks ago and the wife hasn't even noticed yet. Of course, she hardly ever rides in it either.

Took my cruiser and family on the 1000km journey to the beach, Vilankulos, Mozambique
