What have you done to your 100 Series this week? (57 Viewers)

Cut out the exploded muffler and welded in a replacement. It is a DynoMax 17748 that has been recommended in a few threads on here. Welding on your back with little access is a real pain. It's hard to get a good bead with slag raining down on your neck and running down your shirt.
On a side note, has anybody wrapped their muffler with heat shield? It gets so hot under there that one of the body mount hole caps completely melted.

How in hell did you get the top? Nice work.

Finally got around to doing the 'soft drain/fill' of the transmission. Just let out the ~3 quarts that come out when removing the drain plug, and refilled. I'll probably do this a couple of more times to get some more fresh fluid in there. No sexy pics this time, was a pretty straight-forward job, especially since I didn't strip anything, and just replaced the plug with a new one.

Also helps to have a really skinny funnel, and a gallon container to see how much fluid you get out, so you know how much to put back in without constantly having to fill/check/fill/check/etc.

Also greased the u-joints while I was down there.

Colorado was truly a great place to be. Im jealous of you guys out there.

COTR 2 was a good shakedown run for my bone stock 100 but she did well. "The Wall" was the only legit obstacle that required my winch. The entrance was pretty knarly as well. Good times with good people.

Now to add my @cruiserpatch Red TBs and figure out what extended shocks/springs to get some more wheel travel.

WHHHHAAZZUP! You killed it out there! My lack of travel kinda made things a little meddlesome @ the Wall, which is leading me to thinking of some "thangs" to get that resolved.

Slick top is slick!
Need more info on the fender marker/turn signal light.
from the headlight washer and "turbo" sticker, I'm guessing it's a turbo diesel imported from a non-US market, and the fender marker is OEM

these look very similar
