G'day mate, we had a litle VSR (Voltage Sensitive Relay) when we got the car but around 7yrs ago we swapped it out for a BlueSeas ML-ACR at the same time when we installed the 390XP alternator and 8274. Seems overkill but we liked the 500A continuous rating (2500A peak) so it suits and works really well with both the big alternator and the power-hungry winch. There's a few ways you can hook up the ML-ACR, depending on your needs, it has in-cab SPDT / 3-way switch, an automatic operation mode (which we use), and a manual lock-out switch on the relay itself for positive isolation. We have the fridge and oven running off the aux battery.... what dual battery setup u got? ....
Get on to Youtube or the FB Travel Buddy recipes group, there's so much content it's not funny (especially on FB though we're no longer on FB so can't screenshot or link), our favourite atm is the mini-potato bake, goes something like this:Looks great! Can you share the recipes?
It's from an Australian Company called EmuWing. I did the LHS about 3 months ago and absolutely love it! Now to get around to fitting the other onewooah, sweet gull wing window how'd you get that? Kit? DIY?
Yep, this kit from EmuWing late last year was AUD$1680 delivered (we're about 2500mi from the vendor) so I imagine with shipment to US you'd still be under AUD$2K. We did notice that the customer service is pretty $h!t though, they never returned a single email or phone call prior to us buying it. The kit is good quality but the instructions, like their customer service, are also $h!t.He is in Australia, there are a couple of vendors that make that kit but all of them to the tune of 2000 USD!
It's an L92 stroker, ex-2009 Sierra Denali, we put that in there circa 2013 with the 6L80 and never looked back!He is in Australia, there are a couple of vendors that make that kit but all of them to the tune of 2000 USD! Also, noticed the 6.8L v8 sticker, that must be a transplant from something else!
The EmuWing kit is actually very good imo and I imagine if you got a few people together you'd do quite well in a group buy via LCL-sea-freight, especially with the purchasing power of your USD vs AUD at the moment.Yeah, hopefully someone like Hurican who has made inroads into the US with their tailgate storage can figure out a more realistic kit and delivery method.
Might be!I have ASFIR skids sitting in my garage for weeks now, but I keep on thinking that @trailskids are superior protection and easier to put on.
Any body interested in buying brand new ASFIR skids for transmission and transfer gear?
Oh without a doubt but $$$$$Find yourself some slider steps - best of both worlds if the kiddos still need steps. Dissent, Slee, and (soon) Owl Expedition all have quality ones.
Stedi makes some really great stuff. The fit and function of their lights and switches are excellent.Soldered my Stedi harness to my new 7” drivers. Really pleased with this harness.

How tall is that garage door?Installed new headlights, Ironman, Warn and got pressures back in spec. Oh and a lower driver side ball joint and some tow points.

Its at my brothers shop. I'd have to say its either 8' or 9'. I can go in with all the stuff on top with AHC in neutral and running normal tire pressure. How tall is that garage door?
