Took off all the packs and other shǐt from my Squid Fǔck Off Johnny and gave it to my friend Noe (owns the town bike shop) for some spa treatment while I’m traveling….

Installed some Hunter bar ends on the SS Esker. Need some different arm/hand positions on long rides:
Got some new bars for Squid FOJ. Wanted some Japanese metal.

@OGBeno I ran across the SQLabs inner bar ends a few years ago, and now I cannot ride a flatbar bike without them!
I converted my Dr. Dew from 650b x 47mm to 700c x 40mm. Picked up a set of unused DT Swiss R470 wheels for cheap off FB, got a Tufo Gravel Thundero and Schwalbe G-One All-Round new off CL ($60 total), some tubeless valves, and a Sunrace 11-51t cassette (for $50!) since the 650b was Microspline and the new wheel HG. Absolutely love the new setup - bike is lighter, snappier handling, easier to get moving. No pics since it's such a boring thing, but I'm happy. Not sure I'll go back to 650b x 47mm, even though it's all the rage...

Picked up a used GT Avalanche LE with XT components. frame is a little rough. This one is going to be taken down and cleaned up. might make this one a SS. Not sure yet. either way it is my current project.
I remember lusting after a zaskar back in the day!
that was my dream bike as a kid! cool to see they’re still out there!!
yesterday was a season swap for me. hung up the canyon and got the fatty ready. it’s -40 here this morning though
. this is the earliest i can remember hitting this temp. supposed to get to -6C next week though so that’ll make for good riding!!

I thought my Enve purchase was a bad buy until I rode them. Not cheap but amazing wheels so far!

AM30’s with the Chris king hubs. Not a fan of the looks of the hubs but man they grew on me. Silky smooth on the downhills!
So far the rims are holding up great.
