Blew a birfield & I've been planning on going camping starting this Friday. I need to get bizzy.

Spent some time around Mt Rainier National Park but mostly outside of the park boundaries. Got my first P0116 code. I'll have to monitor that one. Felt good to just get out and relax in nature with the family.

Went camping over at Joshua Tree National Park and checked out the Geology Tour trail. Joshua Tree is pretty awesome and i highly recommend!

I love that place! I used to camp there quite often and spent the night in Berdoo Canyon which is where Geology Tour Rd takes you. Hike to the top of Ryan Mountain next time you're there. Great views and not a bad hike.

Gave the old girl a tub. Now it's raining of course :-(

Did some heavy duty walking over the weekend. Am burning prodigious amounts of fuel to stage each section of the trail. But seeing some amazing sights.

Typical German street food. Flatbread smeared with delicious goop and then toasted in an oven.

It rained all weekend, here, so lots of mucky hiking. The Series 80 is running sweet, though. Hit 15 mpg this weekend; mainly because our driving legs are getting longer.

Installed a Pioneer AVH-X4800BS double DIN stereo and replaced all four door speakers with Pioneer slim replacement speakers. Sounds a helluva lot better! Plus, now I have bluetooth and a USB cable to charge my phone.

What is that fuel button under the HVAC controls? Also, is that a choke below the ignition?

I have a pretty good guess.
Auxiliary fuel tank (in the spare tire location) and a rev holder not a choke, actually a cable linked to the throttle pedal to hold a certain (adjustable) RPM when you are not at the control. Think higher voltage or amps for using a winch.

ah, that is pretty cool!

Yup, nailed it. Subtank and Rev holder thingy.

Hey b16, where in the Bay Area are you? Let me know if you want to do some wheeling.

Rev holder thingy aka hand throttle. :hillbilly:
