Installed the 33's!

Fixed the rust on my rain gutter seal.. Ended up being a lot more than I had originally thought. Now I have to take care of my lower tailgate seal. Damn rust.

Played in the snow. Scared myself on a muddy side-hill where the mud was slicker than the snow and the cruiser was headed sideways towards a 30' drop. Mashed the pedal and cranked the wheel and made it out. Once again my 60 amazed me.

Found this and not sure if it's gunk or a half-assed attempt to repair by the PO?

Also installed these:

And got these:

All-n-all, a good day =)

Got the new seats installed

This is what the final product Looks like

What seats did you use and did you do a write up on it?
Thanks......

I didn't make a write up, I never took any pictures of the wiring. Each seat had a 21 pin connector, and figuring out the electrical took me a long time, I was too consumed in doing it right to document a write up

He used BMW e46 comfort seats, not sport seats. I think he used the adapter brackets made by a west coast cruiser shop who's name escapes me currently, but some one will fill in the blank here...

Actually the seats are out of a grand cherokkee. And I fabbed up these brackets to make em fit

The wife and I spent Valentine's Day camping in Capital Reef National Park! I was pretty cool to be able to get to and camp at 7000 feet in February!

Happy Valentine's Day! <3

Super pics! Not to get too personal... but do you both sleep on that platform/storage system?
Can you PM me any more info on that, or pics? I'm thinking of something similar, but would
like the flexibility of having it expandable forward, for those times when I might have the rear
bench seat down. And if it could also expand back for when I have the window up and tailgate
down. THanks.. -J

Also taking care of that lower seal, not quite as bad though. What was your plan for building it back up? Cut out and replace? Or build up?

Well it wasn't on on the weekend, but I did finally buy an Fj60! My dad picked it up for me yesterday back home on the Peninsula. It's gonna be a long 2 weeks before the quarter is over I get to see it.lol

Not that dull yellow glow anymore. Better light output. Bulbs aren't the highest light output so my get others.

About those Hellas...what model were they and did you have to add a relay circuit for power or simply plug and play?

Which Hellas? Lights or horns? Sorry I don't have the model numbers but will add when I pull paperwork. The lights are 7" 165mm vision plus or something like that. The horns just do a search. Lights are running off new ARB harness M002 (cruiser outfitters). Horns are plug and playish? I just removed old horns and made my own short plug wires (male/female ) connections. There's a relay that comes with horns but I didn't use. Work fine and no drop in voltage.
