Changed out the 20 yr old front shackle bushings. Now that's it more than just another pretty face and I'm actually wheeling it, I'm sure more things like this will show up.

Went on Georg Esterer's "FJ45 Run" in the Sourgrass Recreation area of Northern Cal (first organized trail run I've participated in!), and went on the nearby Slick Rock trail while in the vicinity. My son drove our 80 as well. Had a ball, made friends, learned how to wheel better. Want to do Turf and Surf next!

Installed 4 degree front spring shims, rotated tires, and went land cruisin'

Sanded the roof a few other areas, dollied some panels and filled a few spots with filler.

Swapped in a new to me set of driveshafts, less vibes now. Wrinkled in a 24v ARB compressor, with 3mm clearance. will add a tank later...

So i had to do a test run, picked up a buddy with a drone quadcopter so he could train his flyingskills, will most def make more vids like theese!

Took the dogs out west for the first weekend of grouse season and the last weekend of summer camping. The grouse were few and far between but the weather was beautiful and the dogs are exhausted!!! On the way out we drove some of the old trails I used to frequent and I showed my wife some of my old camp sites back in the bush. Broke an exhaust hanger on the way out.

Scenic camera, will be bettee when he can do more than just front angle.
The quadcopter is a bit sensitive to wind. And it eats batteries with the camera weight, did three batteries in 15 minutes.

Replaced rear drum brake shoes, cleaned it all up in there, but was unsuccessful in getting ebrake to work it's been no go for a while now.
