I still want one.

Going to be putting some 80 axles under my truck thanks to @TRAIL TAILOR ... The 80 axles are like 4 or 5 inches wider or so than the 60 axles. I very accurately and professionally installed these flares from australia for mock up to see how theyll look. Hopefully theyll take up some of the extra width the 80 axles are going to give me. These wheels offset will pull them in as much as i can on the axle, so with the flares they should, in theory match up pretty well.

As it sits in the pics, there are 1.25 inch wheel spacers on my wheels because the wheels were bought with specs for the 80 axles that are going in so theyll stick out a little bit further than this. Hopefully not too much further.

They are just white gel coat, they need to be sanded and painted before they can be installed. Sliding cargo windows should be here any day. Just need to find a high roof to graft over and put a turbo in it and i can live my LHD V8 HJ60 dreams.

I even have the oem mud flaps for the fender flares to go on as well

Did you find a source for the mudflaps that coincide with the flares? That was my only reservation on the flare install

Attempted to repair wiper washer which stopped working after i fiddled around with them.

Wires are so old they are very firm (probably with very high resistance) and had one wire cut from the female socket. (which i cant reach properly to repair)

Removed the plastic covers and WD'ed everything to try and get some sort of smoother flow.

Replaced a very badly leaking power steering gear box with another gear box I removed from a donor vehicle a few years ago. After doing so, I noticed the steering wheel was not centered. That was a much simpler task.

Time to replace my U joints on front and rear driveshafts. But I had a lot of fun wheeling and camping for two weeks in the desert!

Had to get the 62 Smogged! Hooray it PASSED!

Kinda nervous so ran CRC Guaranteed to Pass Emissions System Cleaner as per instructions (just for some peace of mind, dunno if it really helped or not).

Adjusted ignition timing. Made sure all vacuum lines were connected and no CEL.

Found a SMOG Check Station previously mentioned by fellow Mudder. I live in SGV so tried to find a place 30 min away so I can heat up the cats!
Left it running until time to test.

Added some much needed handles and use 6mm climbing cord to help close the pop-up
