Man, CT has had Yuengling in stores for at least two years! It’s great cheap beer. Love it.

And @Ian Crawford i give you credit pulling all those tiny parts on a surface not covered by a terry cloth towel. If I tried that things would be rolling. I usually have tape and cardboard handy too for sticking stuff to w/ notes written here and there.

Took the 60 up the mountain to do some snowboarding. Put a closed can of soda laying on the ebrake boot temporarily as I backed out of the garage. Pulled the ebrake to sit in the driveway and warm up...soda can pinched between the handle and cup holder and exploded. Half awake mayhem ensued. The KO2s handled the snow excellent and I was reminded how nimble the 60 is cruising the pass.
Full detail ensued after the trip.

That's a great idea. I have a folding card table I store in the garage that I put down. I save that brown paper 'stuffing' that my Amazon purchases come in some times and roll it out on the card table. Then I can write on it right next to the parts. When I'm done it all rolls up and goes right into the bin.

- Finally traced the gas smell on the interior. It got a new gas cap in the process, not needed, but it's shiny! Ordered the spring clip for the gas door too, normally I'd use the key but in Oregon it's annoying to not be able to use the lever to pop it open.
- Got the last rusted shackle pin & bushings replaced. That last one went through two 4 1/2" grinding disks and a fair amount of gas for my torch, fxxxer put up a fight!
- Got the clips to button up the flaps in the front wheel wells
- Then I cruised around running errands, summer feeling day, windows down, dog's ears flapping out the back window, it was nice.

That’s a stunning interior. Are you sure you use your truck? :)

Average is about 9,000 miles a year over the past 8 years...it’s probably just good camera work.

Starting to taking things off to get ready for a full paintjob
small ding removal and then re-install all new weatherstrip and things~~~~~

Yesterday was too bad...I didn't need to use 4x4 in the snow...wasn't slippery enough.....

Weather is not being helpful as the PS pump is making horrible noises.....new one is waiting to be installed.....so shiny~~

A NEW 6-INCH CON-FERR FOR MY FJ62 WITH A BIT OF WORK. Starting re-furb process on this great 1980s-er Con-ferr rack that I scored from a new Copper State Cruisers member (from South Africa, no less, where he says that deisel cruisers litter the landscape!) a couple of weeks back. It's 7-ft by 5-ft the old welded one not the later bolt-together that was easier for shipping. this one is also the full 6-inch high Safari Rack style rather than the shorter 4-incher I have on my truck now. These are the before pics and I'll put some on here to show what I'm going for also. It's got some rust and some dings but I picked up new 1/2-inch square tubing to form the floor yesterday from a local welding shop and some 1/2-inch wire hold-downs from Home Depot, a good cleanup and scraping then new paint then a new floor from FarmTek and it should be ready. Plan to also use paint thinner to get the brackets back to their original state I believe they came plain unfinished steel? (those with more experience pls let me know.

What's the story on the FarmTec floor?

What's the story on the FarmTec floor?
It works great. Seemingly impervious to Sun Rain Wind Snow the usual stuff. Got the idea from Mud just search for roof rack mods and you should find it. can also put in FarmTek and it should come up.
