Finally got it back on the road with new 33 10.5's. Wow... it gave me another 2 inches of lift with those tires.

How does she drive? Looks sharp!

Drives like it's got power steering.... I took it up the Rubicon yesterday for a couple miles. It is really nice with the 4 speed tranny and the 3 speed TC. I gotta fab up some quick disconnects for the front sway bar though. Didn't event hit my little head on the roll cage either.

Here ya go.... sway bar porn on the front of a 72 pig. The links need help. They are not quite long enough but I put them on until I can fab up some disconnectable links. This thing corners like.... a pig with a sway bar. It handles the road much better, but is too stiff for the trail with the links attached.

now i was told if you put quik disconnect they would break cause of all the weight and body roll this things have?

need more pics from the other side

Installed a 2F from a 79. Still have to hook everything up but got the combo bolted in. Good times!

project front main has begun....unfortunately, i can't find the damn front cover gasket to finish:rolleyes:

Sup ya'll. Been a long time. Today, I painted the headlight bezels and put them on.
Opinions on lettering for the grill? Should I go black or white? The piggie is blue and white, the gray is rustoleum hammered silver I think.

I painted my grill hammered silver and did black letters. It's close to how it would be stock.

piggie went from open gear train, to this.....to almost done....hot, out of beer, bleeding, and brake clean does not go well

That looks great. For what model years Jack? Maybe I can do all black with chromed lettering on my 71 and get away with it (like nuclear's)?

J-E-A-L-O-U-S! (dang it's a pain to type that on an iPhone). Your wagon sits like K9Crazy's. Hope to set mine up with a similar lift when I get to that stage of the build!
