What did you do to your pig today?

Since changing my oil the other day, my fuel pump as given way, letting about 20 litres of fuel into the crankcase. I noticed this as I saw petrol leaking from my rear main. Today I dropped the oil(petrol) and ordered a new fuel pump, hoping I havent done any serious damage. At least the bottom end would have had a good flush.....

swapped the points dizzy for a small cap electronic one and coil/ignitor out of a 60.

Got a packard oil filter relocator for the 4bt swap in today. Now I should be able to have room for the larger turbo. More boost more fuel more power.

drove it for one of the last times. sunday the blue pig gets a new owner. i'll still have the green pig, need to get it running.....forget how fun it is driving a pig until you do. every light or stop sign, people were looking or giving thumbs ups.

Dudes! Fit and finish is a slow process. I'm up to my Knees in small jobs. I wish I had someone that really knew what they were doing to tag team this thing.

Finally checked the bolts on the nose cone on the TC and found them finger tight!!!! WTF?? I did put it in from my donor pig which was driven by a friend for years... and didn't check those... they sure didn't look like they have been touched in years....the leak wasn't too bad but hope it is gone now. Starting to rebuild my 2nd TC just to have it ready. also just got a CB... now I feel like Smokey and the Bandit. Or maybe just smokey....

That's the one! Of course the price is negotiable though. I just completed the engine swap and it runs smooth, still need to run the exhaust from the header back, unless someone buys it as is then they can do it.I f I don't get the right $$ amount I'm looking for, I'll just keep it, throw the rack on it and use it as my surf pig.
