They will let you use whoever, they just try to create the illusion that there is no choice. That said, USAA is the best insurance company out there.

100% agree! Customer Service alone is out of this world.

Tape deck head wore out last week and rather than bothering to fix it I finally moved into this decade by installing VaisTech SL3B-T Bluetooth. Sound quality is at least 40% better than the tape adapter method, why didn't I do this sooner? Install took me less than an hour. I had thought my speakers were just kinda shot (replaced some of those a couple months back and it only marginally improved things), but it turns out tapes just suck (who knew!? )

I'm now one happy, musical driver. :coffee:

Just do what I did and adapt a CD slot phone mount so it works in your tape deck.

Had mine since we talked been looking for cassette tape:rolleyes:

I didn't have any tapes, so I had to buy a cassette adapter at Walmart. $5, I think. It wasn't quite sturdy enough, so I filled it with JB weld.

$5:eek: That is more than I paid for the adapter. This is quickly becoming out of my budget.

if that winch worked, I would buy it to help fund some @Otter projects. As it is, it would just add weight and block my much needed cooling in the summer.

Richard has to save his real money for pampers and formula.

' like a picture she was laying there, moonlight dancing off her hair..'

Back when love was free and no one worried about an STD, don't make me post that high school year book picture of you Phil...

Find this interesting. Thought it was a generation thing but obviously not by post as a result of your post. Guess my user name fits. AXSTV has a show with Dan Rather called a The Big Interview. Remember the comment by Neil Young where he said when people visit the Rock-and-roll hall of fame that when they listen to his music it's not some digital compressed version thru earbuds but rather the way it was recorded thru vintage equipment. Own hundreds of LPs, cassettes and even CDs but not one digital compressed recording. My garage systems have come a long ways the last couple of years, all vintage equipment.

As for what I did with my Toyota 4X4 picked up the OEM muffler for my 79 FJ40 from CBT after rounding up the NLA pieces. Got to play off road with FJ62 for a couple days a few weeks ago. Now 3/4 ton military trailer is hooked up to it. Work horse for hauling all natural materials to the local slash pit.

I got hundreds of cassette tapes if anyone needs one for the mod that will fit anyone's budget.
