I am pretty sure I saw a similar picture before of lights that look kinda like this but can’t find it anymore, you got the point.

I also think those are fishing rod holders, but if they were lights, with the way they're aimed, I might call them "ditch lights", although most 80-series ditch lights I've seen are mounted on or near the side mirrors.

It gave me the idea to install red LED hunting lights in the same way, so yeah.
