Welcome OkiGoose and thanks for your service. Good luck on finding a Cruiser and your move to Arizona.

Hey everyone! Kurt here.

Sgt, USMC, 2008-2013. 2 years in Okinawa, and 3 in Cali. Did a tour in Afghanistan.

I'm a 100 series guy with an '06 LX470. I came from an LR3 that was totaled, and haven't looked back. Currently building it for light rock crawling and overland use. Here's the Mako as it sits today...

Welcome Kurt! Okinawa is still beautiful and the Marines are still underprivileged.

Welcome Kurt! Thanks for serving!

Welcome Kurt and thanks for your service

Greetings. (Former Staff Sergeant) Chadwick Jones from US Air Force 1991-1995. X-ray tech/medic and honorably discharged. Currently MRI tech at UC Davis in Sacramento. Been there 10 years. Live in Rocklin with Communist wife (sorry Grandpa) and two ugly children I'm pretty sure are mine. I have an 80 I'm slowly building. I'm a much better medic than mechanic! Belgian or Brown Ale kinda guy...that super hoppy stuff is for kids!

Welcome to the madness! I was just in Sacramento for the dreaded VA consult on my MEB. Interesting area, I was very fortunate to see Yosemite and some of Highway 1 while I was out there.

Welcome Chadwick Jones and thanks for your service.

I'll bet your two kids aren't ugly... Just get them off that super hoppy stuff!!

Or, you cut back on the Belgian and Brown Ale...

Howdy, all! My name is Dan Horndasch, U.S. Army 1991-1996, 19K, 1st Cav, Ft. Hood. Was out for nearly a decade, then went back for more, 11B, B Co 41BCT, Task Force Phoenix V, Afghanistan, 2006-2007. (Yeah, yeah... all you other tankers can just hush! At least I didn't go back as a Scout! Haha!) Been in NorCal since I got back to the states. Full time student (and old enough to be the parent of 98% of my classmates!), and spend the off time out in the woods, taking my dog to the beach, working on my vintage rally car, or under my 80.

I've got a true "Unicorn of SF" here, as in a 3br house, with garage & private off street parking, so no plans on going anywhere anytime soon. BUT, if any of you are rolling through NorCal, need a place to work on a rig, take a break for a day or two, or just want to check out the city & need a secure place to leave a vehicle, drop me a line.

@dcx13 welcome brother, it's not where you come from, it's where you go that matters.
11B was the right path!

All joking aside, welcome to the highway! Post up some pics of that 80.

Hi Dan. Welcome to the highway. Thanks for your service.

Welcome aboard Dan. A whole lot of great folks here and we all speak the same language of service and loyalty to this great country.

Huh, I haven't peeked in here before. Been a little absent from MUD in recent years.

Alvin from Tucson, USN 90-94 USS Harry W Hill DD986, Fire Control, MK86 Gun Fire Control System. I maintained and operated the system that controlled the 5" guns on a destroyer. Now, I brew beer for a living. Currently my niece is in the Navy and my oldest daughter and her husband both served in the Army. Grandpa was a Marine in Korea. Father in Law was retired Army.
My sig line has a link to my 80. I've had it since 2004, 189k miles and rust free.

Thanks to everyone for their service.
