Glad to see you made it down to cajun country. I had a buddy that moved up to Alaska for some girl. He told me the 6 months of dark is the most depressing thing he's ever experienced.
was he talking bout the weather or the girl or both?
Haha I know what it's like all to well down here since I was born an raised in Mandeville. I only lived in Alaska for 2 and a half years for my first duty tour. Glad to be back down here but I'm loving this cooler weather. And yeah my insurance is about $50 a month cheaper by keeping it registered in Alaska.
Alaska plates are cool.

We need to welcome member #55 to the Krewe........Mike J. (yes, another Mike J.). Mike is a friend of Lance's so we won't hold that against him but he lives in Houston and drives a 2008 Tundra Crew Max. Hopefully Mike will be making the trip to SCC in a few days. Welcome aboard Mike.

Well, we need to welcome an honorary member, Alex R. (okie360) to the club. Alex is from Ok and wheeled with us this weekend at SCC. He and his wife Amy along with their daughter hung with us and we had a blast. I think Alex helped recover every vehicle that needed a winch or just a spot. And they did Ultimate Adventure with me and Sean. Glad to have you around Alex and Amy. Please stop in every once in a while to say hi. And hope to wheel with you again soon.

Well, we have another honorary member in Jacque from TRD Parts. Jacque wheeled with us this weekend and he knows how to handle the trails. I had met Jacque at the Jambo but we didn't get to wheel together. He fits right in with LLK so welcome aboard brother.
