Water pump (1 Viewer)

can anyone tell me what the number or what vehicle the short SBC water pump is. I need that extra couple of inches to avoid resizing my rear shaft.

also short pump requires all different brackets then the long pump so you would also need that stuff to change. Junkyard time.

If switching to a short water pump I would suggest a well made aftermarket pump with better pressure and flow than OEM. Stewart makes about the best there is. A stage 1 pump doesn't cost too much and provides nice equal flow to both banks.

I installed a FlowKooler pump on my TBI-350 from Summit Racing...zero complaints with it. Also heard good on the Stewart stuff.
