They are at it in my 'hood again. I've been working in the garage all day. I went into the house for lunch ... and the jerks stole my welder. I'm pissed. Very pissed. Can I bum a weld from somebody? I need to finish welding my rear axle spring mounts.

I've been out in the garage all day. I can only think they had been watching and waiting for a chance. It was bold, very bold. It would have taken at least two guys to wheel out the welder and load it up into a truck.

Millermatic 175, 230 volt. It had an American Toyota sticker on it. I have the serial number.

The gas bottle also had a bunch of stickers on it ... Round Eyes, Energy Suspension, Rancho, Summit, Safari, All-Pro, Marlin, Coco's Corner, Trail Gear, and others I can't pick off the photos.

Even if they remove the stickers there was enough over-spray from painting that they will still show. One of the axle pics I posted this afternoon shows the welder.

That sucks! Bold indeed. I'm amazed that there really are people who spend their day looking for an opportunity like that.

Don't forget it's got a lot of distinctive stickers on it. I don't know how hard those would be to get off, or if a thief would even try, but it would be worth a shot....

Sounds like Ali got you a weld, but if not: I'll be home tomorrow night and you are more than welcome to bring it up for a weld anytime.
