Washer fluid leaking - how to access headlight nozzle supply hose?

I have had a persistent washer fluid leak coming from my front left fender. Today I inspected through a few of the holes at the bottom of the bumper and it appears the leak is coming from a supply hose to the left headlight washer. What is the best way to access that hose?

Anyone have a tip on this? I could use a pointer from someone who has either attacked it from the fenderwell or do I need to take the from bumper off to get to it? Thanks for any help!

I have recently installed the Aussie push bar. I would remove the front bumper. The process takes no more than 10-15 minutes.
