WARN VR EVO 10S (3 Viewers)

Hello All, just registered with IH8MUD. Proud owner of a 97 LX450. I am trying to get information on installing a Warn VR EVO 10S winch on a ARB 3411050 bumper. No one, ARB, 4 wheel parts or chat GPT can give me a straight answer on 1. the possibility of mounting it and 2. if possible, what is needed. Have any of you attempted this install? Thank you for sharing.

I installed one of the Slee short bus bumper. But it was a highly custom build. Its in the winching section. There has been issues with the sythetic line coming off the drum but that could be operator error. I bought a VR 10 with steel cable as it was real cheep and I wanted only 60ft of line and boght what I wanted and it was still cheaper than buying the "S".

Mine isn't an EVO but the standard vr10-s is about the same dimensions. I mounted it to my ARB just had to use small spacers on the feet of the winch to get it to bolt up. I left the control box mounted to the "top" of the winch as it fit fine and I have had no issue using it like this

I'm really liking the price for what you get with the Warn VR EVO 10K-S. Called Warn and they said it was clockable but wasn't sure about it fitting into an 80 series ARB bumper at the foot forward position.

Anyone here have this setup? If so did you need any adapters or mounting kits to get it to mount foot forward (mounting holes looks like it'll fit)? Also did you need to relocate the control pack or did it all fit in the space foot forward?

I have this combo. I had to mount the control pack on just the bottom two holes. I also needed the adapter kit from ARB (the thick plates) plus a bunch of washers, as well as the Slee offset fairlead.

Thank you all very much for the fast responses. I got all the info I needed to complete the install! I suspected that the spacers needed to be close to 1"...
