Knuckles rebuilt 6/2019
2" OME heavy front/rear suspension installed 2018
ARB bumper and Warn 8274 winch installed 2018
31x15" BFG all terrain K02s
The transfer case was rebuilt in 2016 along with re-surfacing the flywheel and new clutch.
New AC compressor/condensor/expansion valve and dryer in 2016 and is working with R134a
ACC carpet installed 2018
driver's seat repaired and new foam done by local upholstery shop.
new windshield and gasket
new belt line weatherstrip in doors
H4 headlights/ARB loom with relays and IPF headlight lens.
LED bulbs (green) in the dash gauges
LED interior lights and led light fixtures
window regulators replaced with Toyota OEM regulators

62 door lock actuators and a remote lock system with key fobs. although right now only the driver's door works consistently (will need some lube to the other door linkages)
oil cooler was recently gone through cleaned and painted and new gaskets/rings heater hoses and piping.
The EGR system cleaned, new stainless EGR pipe from Specter off road, new modulator valve and vsv.
Distributer refurbished with new o rings, grease, and teflon spacers, new yazaki plug wires and toyota coil. Igniter replaced with GM module
exhaust manifold gaskets replaced at heat riser. Heat riser block off plate installed (saves intake manifold from cracking)
Recently replaced exhaust pipes and muffler
The smog pump was deleted and replaced with an idler pulley. Air rail removed and plugged. ABV and smog hoses removed.
The Bad:
Needs body work along the rocker panels and rear quarters.
Needs a repaint. Clearcoat peeling in places.
cracked dash pad
lifter panel on passenger side of block is seeping some oil. Not dripping but it's grimy.
small tear in the headliner back left. (see image)
paint and stains on the rear bench seat
Some cracks in the bottom of the plastic console. I have duct taped them from under the console.
