Not cheap??? I'd say it's a steal! I sold my 60 with a 3B, 440,000km, and open diffs for $20k! Now, mine was a beautifully restored unique LHD 61/60, but that's beside the point. That 61 is a dreamboat with all the options!

I agree, that is a pretty fair price for that rig from the looks of it.

Someone from south of the border will see that. I give it 10 days and it’s headed south

Haha poor man's cruiser... like it!

61 rides nicer, gets better fuel economy and has two extra doors

I drove John's 74 up to Kamloops the other week and it has a very nice ride compared to mine. OME medium rears on both front and rear apparently.

That 74 is a good price for what it has on it and the condition it's in!

That is a nice looking rig. How clean is the body? Bottom of B pillars?
Yeah, I high balled it to Gsb’s shop this morning for a quick turn, 1 hr 10 min from driveway to hangar each way, only 1 red light in both legs! My 74 has OME, but not the same ride as the 60 with OME.
I got aircraft quality rivet repairs to my top! Very cool, thanks to Gsb!

The BJ74 Posted is my cousins rig I helped him pick up in Vancouver a year or so ago. He has never gotten around to actually using the poor thing other then to get groceries and as a second back up vehicle. He is looking to pass it on to someone who will enjoy and love it more than himself. Body is a bit rough around the edges but fairly intact. Frame and driveline are in good shape.

Yep. 12ht....love the engine, but the 60 body does nothing for me. Way too much s***ty toyota sheet metal.

Riding nicer is debatable. Extra doors I don't really need. I've managed to avoid carseat issues and their contents,

Just cant seem to will a tree to fall on it so I can cut it up and put the engine into something i like guilt free.

ISO a few things for an offroad trailer project:
Closer to Victoria is better, but do get up to Parksville occasionally.

-Rear leaf spring pack from 4runner or tacoma/mini truck
-longer shackles for above said spring pack
-Rear shocks from any of the above
-15 or 16 inch rims with 31s
-Bump stops... Any size / fit pretty much

PM me, i've got some stuff you're looking for.

I ended up buying three tires BFG KM2 mt...I sliced the side wall on my fifth tire and need a spare..two with 40 to 50% and the third is as good as new... I only need one and Jim is taking the other... price for the pretty much new tire is 150.00 or 50.00 for the one of the lower tread tires.

I've got a pair of tire chains... loose fitting on my 33x10.50 15s. Would likely fit 35x12.50... 36... or perhaps even 37s. $40

Like new. Told by Wombat they were used a couple times. :D

I'd like to give those a try....

Still for sale. OceanCable says they'll fit 35x12.50s. He declined to buy so they're still up for grabs.
