Vent Holds Water (1 Viewer)

A few weeks ago, I noticed that the vent between the hood and windshield holds water after it rains. Is there a drain I can check for? Yesterday, I believe the vent has started to drip water onto my feet when I am driving. Any suggestions?

Check this thread out. There are drains and they should have hoses attached.
