1980-86 FJ45 defrost vent (2 Viewers)

I've owned two FJ Crusiers(07 & 14) and currently looking to buy an FJ45(80-86). None of the ones I've been looking at(online) seem to have a defrost vent for the windshield. I'm looking to drive this vehicle well into the shoulder seasons and just wondering how problematic it is clearing the windshield in frosty or foggy weather. Any help is much appreciated.

Didn't think windshield frames were available without defrost vents after the early 1960s. If the didn't have vents it wouldn't have a heater period. Most late model LHD 45s I've seen were from South America, Central America or the Middle East. Most those did not have the factory installed heater.
