Valve cover after hot tank and bead blast

NLXTACY: I'm powdercoating the valvecover, good to know about anodizing. After cleaning and glass bead blasting off 14 years of crud and oxidation the surface did seem to have slightly more texture, more something you could see than feel.

I shot mine with some leftover Pontiac Engine Blue

Rattle can engine paint

I just cleaned it with degreaser, scuffed the hell out of it with a Scotchbrite pad, then gave it a couple of coats
