Update:
So after talking to @ToyotaMatt and going through his arsenal of books for reference.
I asked if the same detent ball for a FJ60 could be used for this application.
After Matt searching and referring back looks like Part # 90360-10003 seems to be the one that works for this application and many more.
Here is a pic of the ball.
It works flawlessly.
Again thank you all for the input .
