What the heck size is the majority of the vacuum hose on the 60? I've tried a half a dozen sizes and some seem ok but just not quite right. I'm assuming it's a metric size, which I can't find any of, so what works best?

3mm and 5.5mm

Great, that's about what I was guessing, just can't find any metric stuff around here to try. I've starting replacing some with some 7/64 and it seems close but worrying about it being a little loose
Thanks!

Howdy! Look for foreign auto parts stores, like BAP to carry metric hose. John

Perfect thread--did a search but didn't find that one. Thanks!

don't use the standard black rubber stuff found at normal autoparts stores. If it's not metric, it won't fit tight (or too tight). More importantly, make sure the material has silicone in it. The OEM hose is rubber w/ silicone. The stuff from Mcmaster Carr is just silicone. Both are fine. Plain rubber just doesn't hold up to the high temperatures under the hood. It will become brittle and crack in no time.
