New Weber carb vacuum line questions

Picked up this 84 and the PO had removed the stock carb for a Weber carb but didn’t complete everything or get it running. I got it running but it won’t idle. What lines should go into these two places?

distributor vacuum advance to the smaller one?

Where's your pcv and brake booster tied into? Could maybe plug/cap that larger one if not needed.
