The blue / green one is a Blackspot Tusk fish, the orange one is a Coral Trout. Both white meat and up there with the best eating fish you can get in Australia!

Pretty much! The rest is vacuum packed, and will be enjoyed over the next few months!

Gday all! A couple of days back I got back from a 2 - week camping and fishing trip. We towed our 1982 boat 1700km each way with my 1988 hj61 - covering g about 4000km all up! We drove straight-through each way, taking 19 hours on the way there...
