How were the trails?

They have done a hell of a job fixing up most of the trails. We even ran into two of the dozers that we’re out there.
We lucked out and were able to do most of the traffic except when we got to Dutch John.

It was hot as hell but a good day on the trail. With just the three of us we were able to move rather quickly through most of the trails. No major issues other than my battery terminal breaking in half.

How were the trails?

Too easy now... The hill of rocky mountain loop is just all dirt now, no rocks. Also filled in the corner a little bit at the top. they completely fixed dutch john, only difficult part is the part before the shoot but there is a bypass for all of that. looks like they've done about every trail. we did just about everything expect for Daniel and Dickey bell so no telling what they've done there. If anything they probably did the back side on the first major climb of Daniel.

I was the other 80 out there Saturday... solo so was able to do everything and still get home to go out on the lake.
Daniel's and Dickey Bell hill climb are still unmolested by the trail maintenance team.

Yes, after losing the nut and the bolt backing out - luckily I was getting gas and noticed it before losing it on the highway.
Good thing the hitch pin is a perfect fit.

Doubt they will touch Dicky bell since its all rock, but i hope they fix the second ledge on Daniel

Thanks to Del and Garrett for a good day trip. Ran trails quick and got to catch up.

Of note the climb on Rocky MTN Loop has been groomed and is much more tame, unfortunately... They were also working on Dutch John to repair some of the rain damage, there are still some fun ditches prior to the climb (bypass if needed) but the climb is also easier than last year.
