Upper Camber Bolts (1 Viewer)

Ordered a set of new 48190-60011 camber bolts for my 98' Lx470 which look exactly the same as OEM except the grooves for the camber nuts are oriented horizontally.

Was hoping to refuse the original camber nuts... Does anyone know the part number to replace these for OEM horizontal grooved camber nuts?
