Marshall (and others with boats),

What about a combined wheeling/boating/camping event at Itta Bena? (our little house in the woods) We will need to get the coordinates from Ken.

This would be subject to Ken managing/approving/coordinating the logistics because we have to deal with locked wildlife gates, DNR, the state of SC, the state of NC....blah, blah, blah, but it would be a fun family event. It would also be convenient for the UC President and other NC members. Easy access for GA folks, too.

Oh, yes, and you could finish destroying our old 80 (your current wrecking ball) :steer: especially if the lake level is still <22> feet.

If feedback is positive, I'll petition Ken!!!

Sounds great.

JP jump on this.

Would be a great time for me to break out the downriggers and do some trout fishing. As well as continue our quest into the Jocassee Gorges.

What about June?

What about June?

as long as it isn't the first weekend of june 06/07/08 to be specific........... I think I have a prior engagment that day :D

As for April I say we do a chattooga trip then, some camping and exploring on the river before the summer crowds get there.....

Gulches in March????

Guess that means Dan won't be going to Gulches. Seems he has a slight disdain for Gulches mud, something about concrete and a burnt up winch?

Believe me, it's not just Dan. Gulches mud contains epoxy concrete. Some of you may recall my multiple flats, mostly at Whee. I finally had to take a wire brush to my wheels.
Avoid Gulches mud. And if you air down there, be especially careful.

That'd be cool. That guy w/ the damn Jeep in the club's gotta Bday on 4-16. Somebody said he was turnin 21 or something like that.

Chattooga trip would be fun though. I hate I had to miss it last wkend, but I really needed to get some stuff done on the Jeep, I mean Truck.
