I like it I think trail tailor has something like that on here I'm gonna look into it.

But really that would be perfect

This might sound stupid but make sure your pivot point for the swingout is under the taillight and not under the lift gate.

So went to go take off the rear drum and we'll pictures are worth a thousand words right lol

Now that that's done I've resorted to drilling it out and hitting it with a flathead and hammer trying to separate the drum from the axle it spins really free so I'm sure the shoes arnt locked up.

Any suggestions or just hit it with a BFH? Lol

Parking break not engaged? I won't say the reason why I mention that. ..

Turn the shoe adjuster all the way in to retract the shoes as far away from the drum as possible. After that, BFH.

Lol that was why I couldn't spin it at first by hand....

I'll try that tonight after work then or early in the AM... @lt1fire is that gonna be big enough?

should be... lol

looks like you are on the right track now with letting out the parking brake and retracting the shoes.... if it doesn't come off after that then

I'm just hoping to get this done in the next few days so I can move on to the next few things and get this thing out to the xmas party!

Back off the adjuster, use two 8mm bolts and run them slowly, by hand into the two tapped holes in the drum. They will bottom out on the flange and push the drum out. No BFH required.

I was curious what those would be used for on there assumed they had a role to play.

But BFHs are fun....

X2 finesse, no BFH required.

Well tonight I'll take two 8mm bolts with me from work and give it a shot can't wake up the neighborhood putting bolts in right?

I did forget to get the cross pin from ARB though.... just thought if that gonna get creative

Picking up Steel at Fayetteville Steel. Getting ready for a long weekend home. Going to try to build some slider/steps for my F250 to protect the cab during my trip in a few weeks.

By the way. I'm picking more up on Monday or Tuesday. Let me know if you need any so I can plan accordingly.

You can also get metal at the Metal Supermarket in Garner they've got some pretty good competitive prices.
