My '85 SR5 was converted to Warn manual hubs at some point in its life. I broke one of these tapered alan bolts today and have been unable to locate a replacement. These hubs don't have cone washers like the Factory AISIN ones, so it's kinda unique :/

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Probably a queer warn thing. Have you tried warn directly?
I recommend getting stock hubs back on there.
I fear they are long discontinued, I'll give it a shot tho. I believe these SR5 trim trucks had auto locking hubs originally, I could probably pickup some original manuals hubs easy enough tho.

My 1985 SR5 xcab had auto hubs. First thing I did was drop them in the trash and convert to manual hubs. It's easy. Used hubs are out there but hard to find. Cruiser Outfitters in SLC stocks them. You might even have a choice of dial color.
