There is an app/website called "nextdoor" that is kind of facebook/angies list for your neighborhood. below is a somewhat recent thread with someone asking about car storage. But this is in the east bay--Concord, CA--and maybe too far for you. But you could try your local neighborhood...

Fix it now or say goodbye to it. If they are doing FJ60 electrical conversions, Im sure they will do a FJ80 which should be cheap for a few years.

Since you are in California I’d recommend a covered location out by Mojave airport.
Covered to keep the roof from rusting in the sun, but it’s dry enough out there.

Here in Vermont. (Where anything left outside for duration rusts like crazy). Some of the state fairgrounds offer winter boat, RV, car, and motorcycle storage as a way to offset the their fairground building costs. Believe it’s heated as well. Wouldn’t a year round solution but maybe 6 months
