Looks like tow point bending day is coming up soon. 60, 80, 100 series tow points made from 1/2" Grade 70.

Some of these will get chamfered holes for soft shackle customers.

I get the need for the chamf'd holes for soft shackles- is there any reason to only use squared holes for standard D-rings?

You can use steel shackles on regular or chamfered holes. But, only soft shackles on chamfered. The regular hole will cut into a soft shackle.

About 2-3 weeks. I'm making a set of jaws for the Haas mill next week. We are bringing all machining we subbed out back in house now.

All, due to the bats*** crazy conditions right now we are going from 5 days a week to one day a week shipping.

We will also be pulling back on hours as well to stay fresh and healthy. If it's not in stock it might not be for awhile. We are putting all our efforts into finalizing open orders and customer builds in the shops now.

thanks Jason, glad I snuck in my extended link order fronts are in I will do therears in the near future.

one thing I am very impressed with is the overall quality on these. They’re super beefy which is a nice upgrade over stock. I’ve seen plenty of 100s break front end links, no real concern on these! The website pics hardly do it justice. I’ll report back when I swap the rears I think the difference will be even more dramatic.

Thank you! I try to make the strongest part I can for these cruisers. I think we have about 6 sets of fronts and 12 sets of rears remaining. Handful of diff drops and tow points of a couple varieties. Rears will be easy enough to build back up, but the Toyota front bushings I use are iffy right now. I order these in bulk from Dubai and Japan and not sure I can get them now with everything going on.

Handful of diff drops and tow points of a couple varieties. Rears will be easy enough to build back up, but the Toyota front bushings I use are iffy right now. Stay safe out there J. Agreed that everyone is losing their GD minds over this but can understand to some extent about the concerns (not hysteria). Media is by far making it much worse than it really is and driving everyone over the edge. Makes the conspiracy theorist in me come out and want to know what is actually going on that is requiring people to be cooped up. Guess if we are all required to get some "super bug vaccine" in the near future we will know it is some mind-control/RFID chip program happening and this was just a cover.

Added another 4000 sq ft to the TT footprint today. Adding another lift and possibly an alignment rack.

I was also hoping to snag some soft shackle tow points. Guessing this 2-3 week estimate will be much further out now.
