ALL,

DUE to the CARR-FIRE in Redding... UPS, FED EX and reports that USPS will be delayed, closed and not receiving packages for the next few days. Fed Ex in completely closed currently.

Thank you for your patience.

Jason
Be safe Jason and no rush on the tow points I ordered yesterday, those are just parts.....what do you do about protecting your casa, do you guys have huge spinkeler deluge systems like I have seen in Minn. forest?

It's strange - There was almost no news coverage of this fire and is just now showing up on MSM. I had to get my info from Social Media, and I only found out about it as it started trending #CarrFire on Twitter.

This prolonged drought is taking some angry turns.

Stay safe. Those pro firefighters do amazing things.

Everybody, whether you believe or not, say a silent prayer. Can't hurt.

Wow...

I lived through the worst fires in Malibu/Santa Monica/Tujunga hills and have never seen a fire storm like that... That is Hellish.

Alf,

Thank you my friend, we're still good. We stayed up until 2ish and nothing ever happened, not another peep from RPD. At around 1240ish the winds shifted and started pushing things back north. So, the next few days I'll be playing things by ear and trying to prepare to shuttle a few cars around. My machinist is about 18 miles south of Redding so we may take a few cars down that way today to at least keep those safe.

My overflow warehouse, pending winds may be gone today. They have the area shutdown and won't let anyone in there. That will be a devastating loss to me. 6 cruisers, Blizzard, D90 and D110 plus about 70K in parts, about 40K in NIB and NLA parts. It's insured.. but damn.

Thanks,

J
I'm sorry to hear about all this, absolutely crazy! I hope you stay out of harm's way stay safe!

Hello All,

letting you know that Jason is in the process of moving/evacuating and will not be able to respond to threads/messages for a bit. I will update as I hear anything from him. The mandatory evacuation is 4 blocks away from the shop now. Prayers to Him and Andrea!

Fingers crossed. May the Cruiser Gods (or any God) be with them.

3 sets available, get them while you can.
Can you send me a PayPal invoice for fronts and rears, please?

Also, I hope you guys stay safe over there!

All,

Due to the Carr-Fire here in Redding we are a little slow to answer emails and PM's. Right now we are ok, but the smoke is starting to settle in our area and making air thin and harder to breath.

There are a few MUD guys here in the area that have been evacuated and have left or staying with friends or family. I haven't been able to raise a couple of guys. One which is @reddingcruiser (Dick T.) he is in north Redding and that was one of the evacuated and also most affected areas. Dick, if you read/see this let me know. Hope you and K are ok.

@Kmonty66 started a thread in the vendor forum that he and I have been updating.

TT Evac in Redding from the fires!

Once again thanks for all the support and your thoughts.

Jason and Andrea

We're still good. I went to the shop for a bit today to try and get a handle on the schedule and see where to start back up. It's hard to start up again thinking it can still be taken away.

I had to turn the swamp cooler off to keep the smoke from coming in. I have another shop fan but it wouldn't keep up and quickly got 95F.

They started removing barricades in some areas today. The evac boundary by the shop and house were removed this morning. So hopefully I'll be back to business as usual in a few more days. Just need to combat the smoke and all should be good where we are now.

Fed Ex and UPS are running in my area again so orders will start going out again tomorrow.

Thanks again all,

Jason and Andrea

@reevesci Do you have any antenna mounts for an LC100 hatch? I don't see them on your site, so I thought I'd ask here where you mentioned them before.

A few updates here:

1) 53mm front shocks are back in stock.

2) Moving forward I have decided after much thought to change the TourFlex coils to just a 2.5" offering in the 0-660 and 660-1100# rates. After reviewing all the notes the 2" was the best seller, but most were interest in a tad more lift. The 3" was a SLOW seller and more mods are needed to make this kit work. Plus this allows me to stock MORE inventory for the masses. I will of course keep the standard Tough Dog coils and can still make a 2" or 3" lift happen for those that are interested in those offerings.

3) I have just ordered 40 complete TourFlex kits with spare rear coils and shocks for sale individually.

4) Starting in the next 30 days the extended sway links (front and rear) will be CNC lathe cut from 4140 CrMo. YES!!! I overbuild, but for the price per piece vs. me hand making all the pieces it makes sense and the price will stay the same....

5) I have all the prototype pieces for the UCAs made (waiting on the Tundra B-joints)

6) I have ONE 2" CONSTANT (660-1100# TourFlex in stock with 53mm fronts and 45mm adjustable rears) So speak now if you're interested.

7) Fully adjustable (turnbuckle sytle) Rear upper control arms will be back in stock late next week when they get back from powder.

As always thank you all for the support and let me know if there is something you guys would like to see that isn't available.

Jason
