M,

I'm getting my feet planted again. It's been seriously crazy for the last 60-90 days and I've felt like an unfolded lawn chair in a hurricane. I can turn out quite a bit of quality work for a one man show when all is normal. I like cranking out a bumper or 2-3 sets of sliders in a day.

I still have a 100 and a Patrol in the shop that are getting some of my time as well.

But I gotta give some credit to Meshuggah, Rammstein, Halestorm, Disturbed and Five Finger Death Punch... OH AND LOCKING THE FRONT DOOR!!!!!! They get me in a groove I can't explain and it's quite scary some time.... Andrea even knows that if that door is locked not to come in.

Nice job with the fairlead following the angle of the bumper. Does that work out to an angle of about 104 degrees?

You would know +/- a half degree. Thanks for all the help on dims through the R&D process. Nothing like building a product for a rig 2800 miles away. Couldn't have done it without spot on numbers and someone who "speaks" the same lingo.

Thanks again and enjoy!

Some better pics...

Inside cover to fairlead angle. I wanted this as close as possible and as @hedd replied.. the 104 degree spot was SWEET! He did a great job getting this dim for me as it really needs a level and an angle finder to get it dead on. He nailed it. Also the the mount tips needed clipped back to follow the cover angle. As you can see it follows the cover like a glove.

This is the ComeUp Seal Gen 2- 9.5rs winch and with a slight trim of the back of the grill valance the controller can mount as designed on the winch and also be accessed for the hard wired plug. The rs is a remote control winch so this is not a detrimental issue for most.

I've had a few questions on what I'll be adding to the 200 line card since the rear bumper is no longer available.

Still available:

Tough Dog suspensions (parts or kits)
Tough Dog adjustable solid bar panhard bars
Front bumpers for early and late 200
Sliders
Roof Top Tents
Awnings
Sand recovery boards
Rear shock guard/skids
Rear lower control arms
Rear upper control arms
RLCA skids
Front and Rear tow mounts
6 and 8 button accessory switches for LED lights, ARB compressors, lockers, etc..

Coming soon:

Aluminum tailgate locking storage lid
LX570 sliders
LX570 front bumper (early)
Rear antenna/ LED pod mounts

Thoughts in my head:

Aluminum RTT with built in mounts for the 200
I've been asked about skid plates and front UCAs. Front UCAs would be an item of interest for me.
Full canopy/tray conversion for 200s

Always open for ideas so throw things at me and see if there is a group interest.

Yep! I already have a potential client in Santa Barbara that I'm talking with. He is wanting a tray (flatbed) with a single removable canopy box.

Full canopy

He's after the first pic with the back box cut in half and able to be completely removed.

Ahhh.
I was picturing full roof removal/replacement with a built in, lift up cabin/camper/hard-side-tent something-or-other. :)

Sweet though and something I’ve not seen in the US market.

For me it's Megadeath and Master of Puppets. But on headphones -- my office mates wouldn't like me to crank it up!

Nice work on the HWM!

That would be wicked cool.

There's also a 6x6 79 series build called "The Black Truck" from the forks at Patriot Campers and others in Australia. Interesting build video on YouTube.

There's a more detailed episode on their paid video channel.

I love seeing imagination and innovation in action. That's what keeps me riveted to Mud and everyone's posts here. Nice work @reevesci

The rear tray and box on the MegaTourer is what my client is after. I'll be making something similar for my 60 or 80... Pending which ones clears CA DMV first.
